Here are my pictures from the gallery walk where we shared our Inquiry Projects. I pulled out the quotes that resonated with me the most from my interviews, my annotated bibliography research and my prior experiences and glued them to cue cards. I then stuck the cue cards on yarn that I webbed through the wire organizer. I like that it looks tangled and complicated because it is messy work by nature. Check out the picture below for a look at my display and I have added a slideshow below with a picture of every quote I included. My big question was: As a non-Indigenous person, how can I continue to build my own relationship with Indigenous ways of knowing and being so that I can bring this learning to my teaching practice in an authentic way.
