Yummy Indian dish. I used to eat this on top of toast but not as big a fan of that anymore, and have just been eating by itself lately. I did take it to a potluck a few weeks ago where people were eating it as a dip with tortilla chips and they seemed to enjoy that!
Recipe (hopefully this isn’t a family secret!):
1 onion chopped, 1 bag baby spinach, 1 tomato chopped, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp corriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chile powder
