I bought barbecued salmon tips from the grocery store for the first time. Ended up just cooking the fish like I normally do. I added lime juice, salt, dill, a bit of garlic, a bit of honey mustard and mayo and some capers on top and popped it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. My oven cooks things really fast so it almost burned. I might even do 15 minutes next time.
