Fish burgers with tartar sauce

I didn’t get around to taking a picture of this one (the image is “borrowed” from this website:, but I would do this one again. I bought frozen basa burgers and fried them with a mustard / mayo / salt / pepper / lime / dill marinade and then made tartar sauce with capers / mayo / salt / pepper / lime . Then had a side of the same salad from the shrimp pasta and made mashed potatoes on the side as well. A plate with a bunch of different dishes on it is progress for me, even if the burgers came pre made / frozen 🙂
