Shrimp pasta

I think blogging is helping me eat healthier.

Here is what I was going to eat tonight…

Here’s what I ate instead…

Salad (olives, cucumbers, lettuce – forgot the tomatoes in the fridge!) with homemade dressing (mustard, balsamic, mayo, salt, pepper) and spaghetti with red/white sauce and shrimp (sautéed in garlic and butter) and parmesan cheese. And a side of bagel with veggie cream cheese.Not necessarily the healthiest dinner, but better than pizza pockets!

Won’t lie though, I snacked on s’mores left over from our weekend camping trip 🙂
